Nimbusgandre sucking up a bunch of clouds and swelling accordingly! He can pretty much make a cloudy day clear or vise versa if he really wants to, but here, I'm pretty sure he's just showing off, hehe!
Something I doodled up sometime last year and decided to throw color on. I'm pretty happy with how it came out...belly inflation can be some fun stuff~ I know a lot of people are probably gonna wonder about a "deflation" part to this, but I don't have plans for one at the moment. Sorry!
