Blugg is the boss of a shady casino in the swamps. Folks come around, gamble away their savings, and many of them leave after. A few unfortunate types like to push their luck, though, and Blugg likes those types. Lets them gamble away all their clothes, all their other possessions. Offers double or nothing - get it all back, or lose again and you lose your humanity too, and become just one of his enslaved fishman casino workers.
