Do NOT confuse this chu with Sparks! Even though he may resemble him from this point of view X3
I haven't drawn him with Sparks so much anymore but he still talks to me occasionally, and I've yet to duel him in Smash but I can already picture him the winner because he's part of a team of pichu in SSBU. That's why he has the victory pose in picture perfect form!
I'll draw him with Sparks, but more often than not he's without a diaper so he may not wear one in those. We'll see ^-^
