Heaven's Not Enough
cause I couldn't cry
cause I turned away
couldn't see the score
didn't know the pain
of leaving yesterday really far behind
in another life
in another dream
by a different name
gave it all away
for a memory
and a quiet lie
and I felt the face
of a cold tonight
still don't know the score
but I know the pain
of leaving everything really far behind
and if I could cry
and if I could live what truth I did then take me there
heaven goodbye

indeed, the four all look sad or depressed for some reason. I like how the brown beagle with red stripe seemed thoughful while looking back at the tragic experience. I agree that you accomplished a good job emoting. Cinder should be satisfied with this. The colors also turned out very well with the variety of rust-red, winter blue-gray, night-sky dark blue and various green for the plants and grass.
I dig this! The only thing I notice, and sorry if this is unwanted, feel free to e-smack me, the tiger's muzzle seems a little too 'sharp' and elongated.
I do enjoy this piece overall! The different emotions displayed, though combined could be generally called 'sadness', can easily be broken down into individual, unique emotions. The tiger, contemplation, the husky, realization, the beagle, blue, and the fox, heartbroken.
HURRAY ROBIN! <333333

I thought the muzzle looked funny too, but I actually worked from a photo reference for him since I'm not too familiar with felines. Maybe I still should have tweaked it a bit as I guess even photographs can make stuff look a bit wonky. I'd never esmack you for giving constructive criticism. It's much appreciated, in fact!
Those are actually the exact feelings she wanted each to convey! Glad that worked *blushes*.
Thanks, girl!

Oh man.. this song is BY FAR my favorite from Wolf's Rain... Always had a thing for it for some reason, even if I'm almost never sad. :P
I love the fact that, even tho they're all sad, they all have different expressions. The tiger is sad, but contained, the dog looks as if he's about to tear up, the fox already has his lips trembling and the wolf is crying his eyes out. Its like a sequence XD
Either way, amazing job girl :)

Stray? STRAY?!?! SERIOUSLY?!?! lol
I like Stray, but I'm so sick of it! It got to me every single time when the intro popped up. You're paying attention at whats about to happen, and all of the sudden, without warning... STRAAAAAYYYY! lol
I usually jumped up and quickly grabbed the remote to skip it XD Talk about a mood killer lol. By itself tho, I really like it. I just put it into that context.

Yeah, it's kind of instant shock when a song starts with someone essentially screaming a single word. I know what you mean. I like how Heaven's Not Enough kind of gathers speed and strength. It's a very moving song. Really, I like both of the original soundtracks...I will say I'm not as big a fan of Gravity as most of the other diehard fan are.
Eh, Gravity is depressing if you really listen to it, but I love it either way because I put it in context to the ending of the episodes. Every time I hear it I see the lone wolf, just running. There's no destination, he's just running. Makes me feel freedom. I basically tune out the lyrics, pull my head back and close my eyes. :3
Totally amazing, I love the way you did the coloring job. I love how each character is looking in a different direction. The background for each of them is pretty amazing. :3 I really love the character upfront the most, I think it's because of how the tail pops out. ^^

The coloring, the panel style, different poses and backgrounds, and middle images all work together so well. This feels so professional, almost like a movie poster.
It's incredibly, INCREDIBLY powerful!
I think I've become addicted to your work.
I think I used to watch you on your dA account, too.

I'm glad the piece came off looking like a movie poster as that or comic panels had been what we had discussed. It is a very emotional piece, and the commissioner has said that she will write down the story soon! When she has it uploaded, I'll link to it in the description since so many folks seem to want to know more. I know I do!
Thanks so much for the kind words about my art. I truly appreciate it!

This is one of the most beautiful pieces of art i have ever seen. I adore the expressions on all of their faces especially the tiger and fox i can see their inner torment I feel like i can relate to them it makes me want to do anything and everything to be there for them. Very well done :3
