Looks like Bianca was attempting to to jump a fence to get away from the insane dogs chasing her, that usually happens when you enter a restricted area. They already managed to get her shirt and skirt ripped off leaving her In just her underwear. Well that attempt didn’t go well since she didn’t make it the ground but instead stayed in the air. It seems her panties had gotten caught on the top part of the fence, stretching them away from her and biting into her. Still in a panic she reached out to a nearby branch to try and pull herself free. She was more worried about getting away the dog infested area then to her straining panties that were about to rip off of her.
