Rock, officially nicknamed as "The Party Goat" is a super hyperactive anthropomorphic pre-teen goat who was born on April 18, 2006. Obviously, he loves PARTYING!!! He is often the host of most parties in the Neon Valley, due to his service "Parties with the Party Goat" which launched on April 2, 2017.
It was confirmed when he was born that he has ADHD.
