TERMS OF SERVICE
1.) Please contact me for a commission request through DA notes or through Discord (my username is eliza1star #0045 )
2.) I accept a variety of things, however, please keep in mind I will not draw: NSFW work, Intense Gore, or anything that's inappropriate or controversial. I am hesitant about drawing cars, buildings, and mechanical parts, but I will certainly give them a try!
3.) Please specify your payment preference (Paypal or points) when sending your commission request.
4.) I accept full payment upfront before I begin working your commission. If you go MIA (I have not been able to reach you for 3 + months) during the sketch-approval process, your order is null and void. No refunds will be offered. I reserve the right to repurpose your sketch for another patron.
5.) I reserve the rights to the art and retain the right to post commissioned pieces to my gallery. You are not permitted to reproduce or sell your commission without my permission.
6.) When paying through paypal, do NOT send payments as GIFTS or PAYMENT OWED. Please send as a SERVICE with no shipping address. When paying with points, please use the COMMISSION WIDGET. Tips are welcome!
7.) Before I begin the inking process, I will sketch out your commission as well as handpick the colors I plan on using for your piece (With references). After that I will allow up to THREE changes before I start charging a fee of 5$ per change (for my time). This includes redoing anything after the patron approves of the sketch. The only exception is if the alteration was something I forgot to add or color (such as scars, pawpads, marking errors, missing accessories, ect.). Once the sketch has been completed, I will not accept an entire order change. Entire order changes will either be denied or require an additional cost.
8.) When you agree to commission me you are agreeing to pay for my style of art. I will not draw in someone else's style. You may look through my gallery and show me which sort of style you'd like, however, as my art tends to fluctuate depending on the context!
9.) When agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to be patient. I will do my absolute best to complete art in a timely manner, but sometimes offline obligations get in the way (For example, I am in college.) I will send progress shots and keep you updated on my progress if you wish (It is easier to do this through discord where I can be in constant contact). They will be a simple Gyazo screenshot. After 3 + months have passed, I will honor refund requests.
10.) Please provide me with any references you have. You are welcome and encouraged to tell me if you have a specific background in mind, a specific pose, or even something as simple as a reference of the character you'd like me to draw. The more detailed you are the better it is for me.
11.) I do not release editable PSD files of my work. A new price may be negotiated upfront if you would like the editable PSD file of your commission.
12.) My commissions are for personal use only. Unless we discuss it beforehand and I give my full consent, my art may not be used commercial purposes. Prices are subject to change if you plan to use my art commercially.
13.) If you order a design that's meant to be on a base that is NOT drawn by me, please tell me if you have a specific base in mind you'd like to use. Any bases I use will be given credit to by the original base seller and are usually F2U bases. However, if you want me to use a base that isn't F2U - you must pay me the amount the base costs so I may purchase the base.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Prices are subject to change depending on specifics.
While it's not enforced, I'd prefer you to give me credit if you repost or use it for your page graphics/ARPG applications--it helps get my name out there. Something as simple as a "image made by eliza1star " would help me out SO MUCH!
If you are watching me, you will get notices for whenever I update my commissions or come out with special offerings/deals!
If you are unhappy with your commission, please speak to me about it so we can work something out. I am more than happy to work with you to make sure you are 100% happy with your order!
While I aim to be flexible, I'd prefer not to haggle over prices or my methods. Please respect my refusal if I deny your commission request. We can discuss payment methods via notes/DMs.
If you fail to pay me, I reserve the right to resell the art piece (with edits so that it is no longer resembles your character) so not to loose profit from the time spent working on the art.
Please know that my style may change and fluctuate over time, however I will do my best to stick to which style you want the most!
You are welcome and encouraged to share your commission and my account with friends! Please spread the word! :heart:
While I am willing to get your commission done within a time window, please be respectful of whether or not that is doable for me. I can become pretty busy, especially during September through May.
I prioritize whichever commissions I receive payment for first.
Icons are a new area for me. I'm better at drawing/animating logos and symbols than I am with characters. However, I will do my best to make character icons the best they can be!
Art is a luxury. I don't expect everyone to be able to afford many of my works. However, I'm currently unemployed and I do need the money to save up to pay off College, help my family, get my cats to the vet, etc. Even if you can't afford my work, spreading the word would really help me out. :heart:
