Bio
Colin’s family are rangers at the Johto Safari Zone. They work with the tourist industry to ensure none of the tourists step out of bounds and/or disrupt the beauty of the park. Growing up on the Safari Zone, life was a little rough. He had to take up a lot of responsibility and work so that is why he evolved twice. When not working, he would normally be out in the Safari Zone discovering new things every time. His parents wanted to give him a future he could make so they sent him to the pokecombat academy to get a formal education.

Appearance
Wears an Australian style hat with a jacket to match. His pants were made by a group of Tribals he befriended that roam the Safari Zone.
