Oooooh sweet sweet sweet! :D This is awesome. My only comment would be that the horns on the dark version should be the markhor horns (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2965420/, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2932864/) instead of the ram horns, otherwise it's MAGNIFIQUE!

Oh! And while it doesn't really matter and if you've already run with it, that's totally cool, the silver bell is actually more of a jingle bell shape as opposed to a traditional bell shape. :3

Whoa! Well, the spikes don't actually need to be markhor style, they can stay smooth (though the twisty looks really cool o.o). And if you don't mind and don't hate me for it, could you make the secondary horns twist straight out instead of curling around, like in the first ref I gave you instead of the second? :[ Sorry.

The composition is just so awesome, I feel like it wouldn't take much at all to make this badge absolutely perfect, normally I'm not so nitpicky, swears x_x

The composition/concept idea is one of my favorites too. The linework you're laying out is looking stellar. Not even the commissioner, but I sure am looking forward to seeing the finished result of this one!
