Raitux is able to create thunderclouds to travel inside of. This time however, it went wrong and accidentally turned himself into a condensing cloud, and ended up as a few droplets on the ground.
Don't worry, he'll be just fine, this definitely not the worst he's been or he's going to be through. He just needs some time to figure out how he is going to reverse this "unfortunate" accident.
I actually love this one, altough kinda makes me anxious if people might get disturbed by it. Hope, not.
