Not to mention her name got edited out of the recording during Cookie's recorded parts, as weoll as edit Nyarai's own voice out. if that cat did the recording for Shun, she could have hid the recorder in maybe her purse.

I will suppose, if Nyarai did this, she will end betrayed too (cutting her future career as figther) because "I don't trust someone that could betray her manager so lightly"

Well I think he is the villain of the comic, so yeah being a total magnificient bastard is his job. And after all the prelude we got, now the sotry is really rolling( i foreseee that eventually Muko And Kalita will have to fight all the cyclone crushers till the end of the series and yes i said Kalita, is prett obvious now that she will become the tag partner of muko....as the first cover for the comic hinted)

Yeah, the tape used for SHun's evidence is edited. Particularly, the first two recorded speech bubbles the first panel came from Cookie. Cookie originally said to the Team Executor members: "That's why you need to put Muko and Nyarai over." The tape has edited to have her say "That's why you need to put Muko snip over." I had to go back and re-read the strip club meeting Cookie, Nyarai and the team Executor members that this tape was based on to check on this.

I really like the faces of Cookie, Adel and the team Executor manager have those painful looks on their faces. This is not good at all.

Oh yeah they gro screwed up royally...Also is the mole is who i think she is, is another painfull nail in the back of poor Cookie. She really need a hug after all this.

Refs can't do much in this situation, more so if this was worked into a script without the other managers knowing.

The thing about recorders is that you can edit and omit everything you want. It's quite convenient that Nyarai isn't mentioned in Cookie's incriminating bit and she's only mentioned by Adel as in choosing which of her opponents she wants to fight.

And here goes my theory... No joy, just sorrow... And still, the record was clearly edited to omit some parts, so they can legitimately argue it was edited and the original may says something completly different. It would be half-true, and Gonfano would be forced to retract his accusation or (more probably) release the original one which would involve Nyarai too. It still would have negative impact on Muko and Cookie, but at least also Nyarai would get some negative effect and would understand what a backstabber scumbag Gonfano is.

Oh but the question is who recorded it, Nyarai or Peki.
I would say Peki since the quiet ones are usually the most dangerous, probably a ploy to get cookie and half team executor and give Nyarai and Peki a startup under Gonfao's management.

It might be possible that Peki had recorded it. But Nyarai is also a good possible suspect since she has a smartphone. Smartphones have the ability to record sound and Shun might have recorded it to tape while editing it. Or it she had a recorder in her purse. But either one could be the culprit since Shun stop them both from fighting and called on their united fight on Cookie instead.
