This served as a foundation for Thor Volt in terms of design. Wanted to start fresh but not really use an entirely new character. But the PSR Thor and this character exist in two entirely different worlds and lead entirely different lives.

You see, Kevin (this Kevin) is a police officer. He's married to a vulpix chick named Fiera who runs a grill. On their honeymoon he impregnanted his wife and she only found out a few weeks afterward following a doctor's appointment. Eight months later they had a bouncing and kicking baby girl.

They're still married and their daughter has grown like a weed over the following five years. He even took his daughter to a boardwalk amusement park and took a photo of her on his shoulder, as seen here.

In the present point in time he also adopted an orphaned meowth and his daughter is attending 1st grade. His wife still runs the grill and he lives with her in the grill's second floor living quarters while maintaining his job as a police officer.

By the way, that pokeball on his backpack is just for decoration. Like a keychain bobble.
