Terms Of Service. By paying out to me for a commission, you are hereby acknowledging the terms herein:
1. I will work with you with WIP updates through the entire process. However, once the sketch is approved and finalized, there will be no more line edits (unless I made a mistake). What this means is, once it is agreed the sketch is good and I may proceed to line work, there are NO MORE EDITS to the lines.
2. If commissioning a large order, I expect either full payment, or an agreed-upon partial payment if you cannot afford the entire thing in one lump sum. The work I do on the art is indicated by how much is paid, and the next step will not proceed until the next/or/full payment is made.
3. Sometimes I get busy with life and must put the art on hold. I am normally very good about getting the work done within the month, but if you are concerned about it, please respectfully ask me for an update. Do NOT pressure me to speed up the work. If you dislike the time it takes me to do your work, then you do not need to commission me again, but kindly allow me to finish the art I am currently doing for you. I will not take kindly to being pressured or constantly pestered for updates or to hurry your commission along. It will get done when it gets done.
4. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. This is non negotiable.
5. Do not trace or reuse the art I sell you! If I see you doing this, I will blacklist you from my commissions and inform others that you trace other people's works.
6. Due to my life circumstances, I do not refund commissions unless I have a significant issue. If for any reason you are unhappy with the commissioned work after the fact it is done, I am very sorry but I am not giving you back your money for an already completed product.
7. I am a fairly open person, though sometimes I am busy and may go silent. Please leave a polite message and I will try to reply in a timely manner.
8. I work on art nearly around the clock, so please be patient if you see me posting personal art as well. Just because I take some breaks from commissioned work does not mean yours is not being worked on. I am entitled to relax a little bit, and giving me grief for doing so will not make your art come along any faster.
9. The times it takes to complete commissions vary. I do not do them one at a time, I tend to work on multiple at once. Your piece can be rushed for an additional 15% of the price if you so choose. Otherwise, please be patient and you will receive your art when it is completed.
Tier 3 artwork CANNOT be rushed, period.
