Some info about the Elemental Bubbles: These are very simple, just give me a character and an element they correspond with! As seen, it doesn't have to be the typical "earth, air, fire, water", it can be anything! Have fun with it.

Terms of Service
Note: By commissioning me, you are accepting these terms and understand that disobeying them will result in you being blacklisted (basically no buying art from me anymore and possibly being blocked). Please make sure to read it thoroughly (I know it's a lot, but it's easy to avoid a mistake by simply reading it) before commissioning me.

Basic/General rules:
- I only accept Paypal, and will invoice YOU after I give the "okay" for the commission. Do not send me money ahead of time, even if you already know my paypal email.
- I will accept deadlines, but not if they're ridiculous. This can be discussed more thoroughly in notes/dm.
- Regarding above, I do have a basic deadline. After 4 months upon starting the commission (though it almost never takes this long) you will get a full refund along with the finished commission piece once it's done if wanted. I will be sending W.I.P shots throughout the process.
- Mistakes won't be fixed after posting unless it is genuinely my fault (i.e., a trait on the character that's clearly labeled that I missed).
- I will be sending a few thumbnail sketches for the commissioner to choose from, please keep a lookout to get that step done as fast as possible.
- If it's a gift commission, let me know who it is so I can send a full res to them when it's done.
- I need a detailed reference for the character I'm drawing. This doesn't have to be a full ref sheet, I'll accept a flat colored image of any kind. I'd prefer it not to be traditional, but if it is, I'll do my best with it. You just have to know that the colors won't be spot-on.

Payment
- Do NOT pay me until I give the "okay" and send you an invoice, even if you already know my paypal.
- I expect the money up front via Paypal invoice, meaning you have to have the money available before commissioning me.
- I will only start the commission after I receive full payment.
- I won't accept payment from suspicious accounts.
- Payment must be within 48 hours unless a plan has been discussed privately. If you don't pay within that time frame without an explanation, your slot will be given to someone else.

Refund Policy
- You can only ask for a full refund if I'm in the sketching/lineart phase.
- If the lineart phase is completed, you will only get a partial (50%) refund, and only if you provide a valid reason.
- The only time I'll give you a refund because of timing is if the time it takes to complete the commission is over 4 months. Once 4 months hits, I'll give you a full refund if wanted.
- I won't give a refund for not being satisfied with the commission. I provide many wip shots, all satisfaction issues should be fixed in those stages.

Usage
- Upon completing, you will get the unwatermarked full res and the watermarked smaller version of the image. You can only repost the watermarked image.
- If you do repost, make sure to give proper credit with links back to my profile.
- The unwatermarked image can be used for personal reasons (desktop background, icons, printing, etc).
- If it's a custom, you may sell the character/art for the same or less than what you paid for it. If I catch you selling at a higher price, you will be blacklisted.
- You may NOT: use the artwork to make profit, claim the art as your own, trace/copy/heavily reference the artwork, vandalize/edit the work after it's been given to you.

Disclaimer
- I have the right to deny a commission if I'm uncomfortable with it.
- Very complex characters will result in an additional fee, because it will take me longer to work with.
- I own the rights to the artwork, you may not claim it as your own.
- You must save any and all files I give you. If you come back later and ask for them, I might not have them anymore.

Commission Form

This doesn't HAVE to be used, but it helps organize things a ton.
Delete all unbolded parts when noting me:

Username: Username of your account (Deviantart, Furaffinity, Instagram, etc)
Type of Commission: (sketch, full body, etc)
Number of characters:
Reference sheet:
Pose/expression: What do you want, basically. If it's blank, I get artistic freedom. If you don't know, provide a brief character personality and I'll work with that.
Payment: Paypal email
Contact: What email will I be sending the full res file to?
