This is just a random sketch I did today, trying to get back on track with my art. As well as try new things, since dragons where starting to get a little repetitive.

Unfortunately my HP scanner is having issues so I had to use my "other" scanner, a crappy Canon CanoScan LiDE 20. It's not so much the scanner sucks, as it is the software that drives it does.

It would only scan half the image at points, or cut off something major like the head, I eventualy had to draw boxes at the edges of the image to prevent it from doing so.

Now I know it doesn't look great, the scanner killed it and I don't have PS on my laptop. But it's only a quick sketch, and will probably be scrapped later. I will be drawing gryphons and other creatures alot more from now on, instead of just dragons.
