Strange paws to help you climb up/down/on/around/under/etc trees. They can rotate their wrists quite a bit, for better purchase when climbing trees, particularly down. Their five digits are more or less lined up in a row, rather than the typical four digits + dew claw set up their cousins have (and many mammals for that matter). Retractable claws, too, unique to the fossa out of the eupleridae family.
