Champ Charizard and Louie Lugia
Here's the original artwork of Champ and Louie, by
soul-silver-dragon.
Bio
Gender: Both male
Height: Not set in stone, but by default Champ is 10 ft and Louie is 12 ft.
Powers: Champ and Louie's large bodies have some toon physics that allow them to squeeze into spaces that are too small for them, or put on very convincing disguises.
Equipment
Rubber Pokeballs: Absorbs humans inside and contains them in a comfy tight rubbery room, only able to get out if they struggle hard enough or if someone on the outside releases them. The shrunken humans can be removed straight from the ball without them reverting to normal size.
Balloon Bazooka: Fires a big round red balloon that will slowly yet endlessly chase down the human it's fired towards. Once it catches up, the balloon will squish in around the human until they are trapped inside, then float back to the bazooka. The balloon is nearly unburstable, but the way to pop it is a button on the bazooka.
Rubber Net Gun: A gun that fires a net made of sticky rubber to instantly trap humans.
Goo-ball: A black Pokeball that when thrown, opens up and shoots out sticky gooey rubber that wraps up a human target. If the rubber completely envelops the human, the human will be turned into a rubber Pokemon, becoming a Rubber Rocket servant or and Rubber Rocket member. The Goo-ball then serves as their bedroom of sorts.
Freeze Ray: A special weapon used to petrify rubber Pokemon for a limited time. Ineffective against humans. Specifically used to stop Seth.
Gas Canister: A rubbery gas canister filled with gas that has varying effects on humans, usually to make them docile or obedient.
Magic Van: A common getaway and stealth vehicle, it's a van that's normally black with a large red R on it, and big enough to take up two lanes on a road. However, it has the magical ability to become the size and shape of a UPS truck, while still maintaining it's regular size on the inside.
Personalities
Champ and Louie are both members of the villainous Team Rubber Rocket, who aims to conquer the world by either capturing humans and keeping them as slaves, or turning them into more members for the evil team. Nick is a human the two have become rather interested in, so they always try to capture him. They succeed many times, but he always either escapes on his own or is rescued by former Rubber Rocket member, Seth the Serperior, who has decided to become Nick's guardian. However, Champ and Louie refuse to give up on their mission.
Champ: Champ is the meaner of the Rubber Rocket duo. He often loves to bully and belittle captured humans, sometimes smothering them with his belly, but way more often with his butt, sometimes even shoving them in the back of his pants. To make it worse, he'll often push air out of his rear, and that air often has the slight scent of burnt rubber. Champ particularly likes to bully Nick a lot, more than he does any other human. This is probably because the multiple times Nick has escaped, Champ has not taken it well, and considered it a real blow to his Rubber Rocket pride. Despite his tough exterior, Champ is gentle with his torment, and could never bring himself to physically harm someone. He might even display a small bit of sympathy if he were to do so by accident. Champ likes to play videogames and will sometimes force Nick or other captured humans to play with him, although the human needs to be careful as he is quite prone to raging.
Louie: Despite his status as a villain, Louie is actually quite friendly towards humans, especially Nick, who he has a strong affection for. He loves holding Nick and other humans in a cuddle against his big belly, and enjoys it so much that he often uses the front of his pants like a pouch to hold them there while he does other things. Like Champ, Louie will often sit on people too, but does so out of a gentle playfulness rather than trying to be mean. Louie quite enjoys capturing people, so much so that he has often inconspicuously let Nick escape just so he can capture him again later, even though Champ really hates it when Nick escapes. Louie will capture anyone, but will primarily target those who would like a life as a pet or a Rubber Rocket grunt, at least compared to their current lives. Louie enjoys cuddling with Nick on the couch while reading a good book or watching TV, and he also likes to cook delicious meals for Nick while he's under his care.
