I can't believe that nobody has replied here before me. Hm, I don't believe that I've ever heard of a Hakura. They look like interesting creatures (wouldn't want to make one angry).
Hm, I wonder what that is on the wing joint. Looks like a bracelet or something. Hakuras have interesting wings, but they look a little small to fly with, unless Hakuras are light.

well it's more of an armlett for his wing and hakuras are very strong...
