His name is Chuck Lopez he is a very energetic and a happy canine! He helps Chairman Cotta make decisions and he helps stop Joseph from getting angry. (he soothes him.) Chuck even has a room in the Mansion where Joseph lives up in Lassen County! (Susanville) As time went on Chuck and Joseph became better friends. But years later there was a unlucky day when Chuck was going to the store to get a game for his son A group of guys recognized him from on the news one of them yellled "ARE YOU THAT SMALL CANINE GUY THAT DOES NOT DO CRAP ABOUT STOPING CHAIRMAN COTTA FROM TAKING MOST MY MONEY WHEN I WORK?" Chuck got nervous "umm what do you men need??" The guy said "we want california restored like it was in the 1990s" Chuck said "well we cant... California is kind of owned by the soviets in a way... You would have to talk with the leader of the soviet union." The store clerk was secrety calling the police to arrest Chuck for being part of the Government. Then Chuck was being beaten by these guys until the police came.

He went to prison for a reason the police team keeped secret from the goverment. Joseph started crying and he had the troops find that prison but when they found it they found Chucks dead body...
