This song is probley one of there most famous, if u dont rekonise it then you would have herd it on GTA IV (Grand Theift Auto 4) on one of the music stations.
Anyway I think the song is about remebering to a certain year (In this case 1979) and remebering the fun and prank related stuff you used to do back then.

I first heard this song in Clerks 2 were Dante is driving around while everyone is doing their thing like Jay is dancing while Silent Bob is standing there smoking, Randal is just thinking about Dante's leaving, and the manager is just driving to the women's clinic, and it ends with Dante waves at the kid and leaves.
