HOHAHAHAH
RECIPE!!!
_Lol it's not that hard to make, just need some plaster to mold your face. Note that you should have some filt patches for your eyes.
_Then some play'doh or similar to shape the beak with. Keep in mind that you must pick out the playdoh from the underside of the beak cast, due to weight.
_Proceed by cutting of the part of the face-cast where your jaw used to be. Don't cut of the nose, over lip and so on from the original face-cast! Even thou this won't be showing, it helps to keep the wight of the beack up, and the mask stuck to your face properly.
_Cut eyesockets, if you wanna se anything through the mask, place some black fabric inside the mask, covering the eyesockets to get that dark-n-empty effect.
_Place some extra plaster if the molding had some thin edges, and make em smooth with some fine-grained sandpaper.
_Derrrr that's as far as I've gotten really, probably going to work a bit more on it myself, for example horns would be cool >8]
_OH RIGHT WHILE MOLDING THE FACE AND BEAK, USE VASELINE. LOTS AND LOTS OF VASELINE. Especialy if you have facial hair XD
So what are/were you going to speak about anyways?

AW fuck, I forgot the Vaseline! When I pulled off the mask, my face looked like this: http://static.open.salon.com/files/.....1249930526.jpg
Though I am pretty impressed about how the mask itself came out: http://images.halloweencostumes.com.....ton-mask-1.jpg
Anyways, I was going to be giving two lectures: One about ethics, and the other about staying the hell off my lawn, damn kids. I'll use the second mask for the first part, and my real face for the second. >:3
