You guys like lizards? You like villains? How about lizard villains? Meet King Owain Kaiser!

"Owain to his friends and Kaiser to his enemies, Owain Kaiser is the ruthless usurper king of Cyndædel and leader of the New World Order. An elitist who sees Amedeisems as lesser being and “filth” Kaiser seeks to create a new world for Crystalems only. His abilities to walk on water and turn invisible, along with his electric rapier ‘Eel’, makes him a force to be reckoned with. When he’s not recruiting allies he’s hunting down the one who got away..."

Needless to say, Kaiser is not a nice guy... At. All. Don't have powers? Too bad! Dead. He's also the kind of person who generally doesn't care about people until they show that they have some kind of unique ability or trait, in which case he'll never leave them alone until they side with him.

So fun fact, I came up with this guy in a dream many years ago back when I was still working on the original comic I think. Only he wasn't a basilisk or King yet at that point. All I really had was a name.
