Commsion for starlight158 (on Deviant art), of her character on the beach at night. Done in psp CS3, over the course of 3 days. It took about 6 to 8 hours total to do. I would have had it done faster, if it weren't for interfering forces(such as my smudge tool being really laggy)... <<.....>>....(lol)
