"Fuuuuck, I still can't believe you two are an item..." slurred drunkenly Brock.
Johnny and Sulley replied with a drunken laugh.
We were now a few minutes since the alumni reunion ended, and sun was rising (thank goodness it was saturday now, and Sulley gave the day to everyone who did work that day). Between the drinks between brotherhoods, the complimentary toasts to the CEO, and the simple thirst, all three monsters were now completely drunk.
As the CEO, Sulley had to stay last and make sure the cleanup people came (they just arrived), and Johnny stayed with him (Mike had been one of the first monsters to leave the reunion, he and Celia had plans for the rest of the night).
Brock, comically, fell asleep during the party after one drink too much and just woke up.
All three monsters left.
Brock intended to just go home and sleep it off.
Johnny and Sulley wanted to cap off the party with a special treat between them only.
But they had a sudden idea.
In their normal states, they would have considered it a terrible idea and it would have ended here.
But being a bajillion sheets to the wind like they were now, they thought it was the best idea ever, and put it in motion.
"Hey, Brock? Wanna see something cool?"
"Okay, what we're doing in an old warehouse that's gonna be demolished eventually?" asked Brock, who had accepted.
And had been brought by the couple in an old warehouse indeed, used to stock on the old energy canisters that couldn't be used anymore.
Old canisters that still had some laughter energy inside.
"You got the thing?" asked Johnny.
"Yeah," replied Sulley while pulling out of a pocket what looked like electronic chips.
"Whuzzat?" asked Brock.
"Invisibility chips," said Sulley. "You connect it to your neck, and presto, you're invisible! Prototypes Monsters Inc. developed for the Scarers once, it was given up because it was unprofitable. I found out about them recently."
"That's your cool stuff?" asked in a disappointed tone Brock as he and the other twos put on the chips.
"No, THAT is," smirked Johnny, grabbing a canister and starting "drinking" its residues of energy.
Sulley did the same.
And again, the delicious feeling of growth coursed through them as they outgrew their old colors (they had other copies of them, so the loss wasn't big) in an expanding mass of height and muscles.
Once again, they saw Brock do a flabbergasted expression.
This time, they didn't even try to hide their snickering.
"Bwuh?! What da fuuuuuuuu..." stammered the beaked monster.
"See? Told ya it was cool," gloated Sulley.
"Bu... But how..."
"Well, we can explain..." said Johnny before grabbing a canister and hold it out to Brock. "Or you can try it."
Brock hesitated a few seconds, the rational part of his brain protesting.
But the drunken haze stifled it, and he grabbed the canister...
