The shape was mostly from trial and error with foam, scissors, tape and a pair of heels. Like, just cutting out pieces and seeing if it fit around the heels without leaving gaps.
Made them with that craft foam stuff for kids arts n' crafts, glue, model magic (more kids crafts stuff lol), and spray paint.
