*critique* You never need to outline the lips, unless the character is wearing lipstick, hehe. Look at a few sketches of faces, all your need to do is draw the lines for the curve below the nose and the mouth line. Then with a little shading on the bottom of the upper lip the mouth looks a little more realistic ^_^
