Okay so when I first saw this character I instantly was reminded of the pokemon Celebi lol
I just love Celebi's carefree motions and movements. I wanted to capture that same feeling I get with this character <3
I hope I did them justice! I had fun working with photoshop again lol - its been a moment and I forgot all the awesome things u can do that SAI can't xD
(also I've discovered drawing water and clouds IS SO MUCH FUN, who would've guessed??)
