Canonically, happy 24th BUT it's been 6 whole years since I released my sona, Kaden Bailey!
Here's a pic I drew of her every year. She's gone through a lot, but somehow kept the same general look the entire time, ehehe.
Also my evolution from MLP-style feral to semi-anthro to full anthro.
And my evolution from 200x200 sized canvases to 4000x4000.
Heres to more years together! Hopefully next year I wont forget, ahaha!

I feel like she'll be with me for a very long time in the future.
If I had any advice for creating a character that'll stick, it'd be to start with a blank slate instead of a species and, like, add characteristics you like!
If it ends up a existing species, great! If not, great still!
Every time I tried picking an animal before the character it fell flat for some reason.
