[Concept] Cheap Travel Solutions
This was a small doodle I did a few months ago, as a practice with inanimate TFs! ^^
When I heard about a cheap way to travel with someone, I got curious and told them I was interested in knowing more. All they did though was sending me a small gem and as soon as I touched it, it started glowing and I quickly felt weirdly nauseous, as if all my insides were upside down. It was as if my stomach had suddenly filled up, and the skin of my belly was tensed and rounded. I couldn't throw up, yet I was feeling something was wrong with my guts. But my attention was quickly drawn to my skin again, as it was slowly changing colour, and texture, the warm pink flesh turning into a soft blue fabric, my muscles and limbs losing their definition as my body frame was being dramatically altered by the magic of the small gem. My legs soon are too weak to support the weight of my deformed body, and as my bones and joints kept softening and shrinking, I heavily fell on the ground. But I barely felt anything as my stomach touched the cold floor. My hands were getting puffy and clumsy, my fingers turning into large pieces of stuffed fabric, and as much as I could hold myself with my unchanged arms, I was now unable to grab the tiny ruby. I would have known what to do with it to stop the transformation anyway. The glowing gem was also looking bigger than it was before. And I was still changing, stitches covering my arms and neck, my mouth filling with what felt like stuffing. But within minutes, I got so desensitised that could only feel my own weight on the tiles of my living room. Although I was still shrinking, my body had become rounder, and I was helplessly trying to stay in a sitting position. A large but short tail had sprouted at the back of my spine (if I had any left), and I could only feel my mouth shut itself down as my lips got sewn together and into a permanent, cute smile.
Now only a foot tall, completely frozen, my shoulders and neck got stuck as my last bones dissolved into the stuffing that was now giving me shape. I fell on my side, and in front of me, with my plastic eyes which wouldn't get closed ever again, I couldn't see where the small ruby was. Had it vanished? Was it behind me? I didn't see any glowing light. And I couldn't move anymore to look for it. I couldn't talk either. I was.. just here. I could feel my surroundings. A bit. I knew I was lying on the floor. That was it.
Hours passed.
It was night.
I was still here. Nobody had come home. Nobody would anyway, as I was living alone. Maybe family. In a couple of days or weeks, when they'd notice I didn't give them any news. Or maybe people at work first. But I was supposed to go on holidays. I had missed a couple of phone calls. But it was hard to think. My limited senses weren't helping. I wasn't hungry or sleepy. All I wanted was someone to come and pick me up. Take me off these cold tiles. Maybe give me a warm hug. Oh yes.. I'd love this. It was actually a very lovely idea and thing to look forward to.
Maybe I should have told my friend to come and put me in his bag before going to the airport.
I want a hug.
