I am writing this letter to the Hunter's Guild to report the disappearance of my husband. The last I heard of him he was chasing something off of our homestead that was threatening the animals. A wolf he said. What I saw that night was not a mere wolf. Its eyes a piercing yellow that reflected off of the puddles the rain had just sowed upon the earth. It stood taller than a man, and its howl shattered glass.
I don't know why Jasper decided to chase it. But he did, and he's not returned. I cannot simply wait for a hunter to come. I need to search him out. But do send someone with haste.
A quick painting. Wanted to do some clouds.
