All four Heroes have been chosen! But since the summoning ritual is taking enormous amount of energy, and most important - time, it was chosen to break it in stages, to have something to report to king and fellow citizens, how the process is going, so they could order a banners/streamers/posters etc, and be prepared to worship heroes when they will arrive completely.
