This is an anciently old character, created from a dream I had after I had watched the first 1-2 episodes of season 1 goodness that was years ago now...

In the dream I was helping evacuate pony's from out home world as it was going to be destroyed and placing them on escape ships, using my magic to help speed things along, honestly nothing else really happened with that, just trying to save as many pony's before the end of the world happened.

No one called be by name in the dream so I came up with the name after trying to find out what the marking on her flank meant, turns out they are Compass Rose's so hence the name...don't know why my dream came up with this design or while the Compass Rose cutie mark but I do like the design ^_^
