You could probably get away with leaving the "Tear Tracks" off her face in this instance. The Puma Girls in the Anime, "Dominion Tank Police" didn't have them. (They didn't have nice, fluffy Puma tails either.) In colour you might be able to indicate more distinct facial markings.
