Hale & Sinfonia - together known by the alias of 'Benevolence' - are two of six members of the Night Warden team Purging Light. They both are part of the Guardians of Twilight guild.

Hale & Sinfonia are an inseparable duo. Hale is a Machamp with strong Mr. Mime genes, shown by the bright pastel colors. Sinfonia is a pure-breed Chimecho with a Shiny coloration. Although both of them are capable of handling themselves in combat - Hale with his great physical strength and Sinfonia with her psychic power - both of them specialize more in a supportive role for their team. Hale's focus is barriers, by channeling his power into the gems of his gloves he can cast them upon his allies as a covering to help mitigate damage from attacks. Sinfonia on the other hand focuses on healing power, mending the wounds from attacks that broke through Hale's barriers. Together they are a force to be reckoned with.

Hale is a loud and proud individual, possessing a persona unlike that of a strongman. Although he seems intimidating at first, he is actually an extremely jolly person and is almost always the first one to greet someone. Every once in a while however he'll challenge someone to 'Feats of Strength' - specifically arm wrestling, even though this is clearly in good fun he is known to get easily carried away.

Sinfonia is a more quiet individual - a big contrast compared to Hale. She is known to be extremely motherly and shows deep care towards others, often asking about the well-being of those she's talking. She's always the one to remind Hale when his actions are getting out of hand - something he always listens to and quickly tones himself down.

They both are connected via mental link and can communicate their thoughts and feelings with each other. The two of them never leave each other's sides, regardless of the situation.

Note: Even though they always accompany each other, their hobbies differ greatly. Hale usually spends his time exercising - specifically weight lifting. Sinfonia enjoys singing songs she's heard, and it's not uncommon to see her singing a tune while Hale is working out - much to the enjoyment of everyone.
