Okay is wearing his shoes and what we didn't know about is that his shoes can become roller skates as they put the roller blades on his shoes, heck even the Kangoos can do that with their shoes too and from the looks of Stew's pose and even his face there, it looks like he is excited to roller skate as if it were his first time. Maybe Stew and the gang might want to go to a roller skating club where everyone can roller skate whenever they wanted, I guest there are other things the Kangoo can do other then just save the day and play basketball.
