As anyone who has been following my journals over the last year must know, I was the Fan Guest of Honour at this year's Worldcon, in Montreal. Not one to take without also giving, I felt I had to write a detailed report of my experience. Little did I dream it would be over 28,000 words long, which is about half the length of a short novel.
Now that "To Walk the Moon" has been published in File 770, I feel free to post it here for a different readership.
I can't help wondering, though, whether anyone will manage to read the whole thing.

I finally did download it more or less - but couldn't get OpenOffice to read it - my old Word 7 (for Windows 95) opened it all right sans images and a lot of odd symbols, mainly small rectangles, and it was saved as a .txt file in that state - ~30 pages worth. In spite of all that, quite interesting. A .pdf would be better, though (email follows).
