This little image is depicting the act of a goddess of storms and darkness possessing a willing vessel, merging their spirits, and granting mutual benefits...
The vessel gets the beauteous form and awesome divine power, while the goddess gets the ability to enjoy a tangible, physical form on earth, and thus, all those fun little pleasures that come with it.
One might think being possessed by a dark goddess is a bad idea, but this particular entity is one of those whose domain is "soft" shadows... The serene peace of night, the calm, refreshing nature of a storm... the allowance of a soul to slip into dark, and rest... the cold, stark beauty of a full moon...
"Dark", doesn't necessarily mean "Evil", you know? >u o
The Goddess' name is Elysae, Or Elegia, when she opts to let her more sultry side emerge... They look more or less the same, though Elegia tends to augment her body for more sex appeal. She's currently in her Elysae aspect right now, though...
This drawing was done for A dear friend, by the name of Dsarvess (( http://www.furaffinity.net/user/dsarvess/ )) *One of these days I need to learn how to do those fancy icon-based links... I'm NOT very computer savvy... X3*
She had provided me with a copy of Clip Studio Paint, which has made my work both more accurate, and far simpler to do... I *HAD* to pay her back accordingly, so I busted my butt on this, even going so far as to attempt a good background, which is like, super-rare for me... X3
Anyway... it's a TGTF, but that sort of thing doesn't have to necessarily be raunchy... ;3
No, I wanted to go for something softer... almost spiritual, in feel... There's spikes of physical pleasure to reinforce and streamline the transformation... but most of it is a simple euphoria of suddenly becoming something... so much... *MORE*...
"Blessing" Transformations are actually one of my most favorite sorts... A guardian, deity, fey, or some other benificent being offers a form that would make your soul soar... and in return, you provide it with kindness and service deserving of the gift it provided...
It speaks both to my love of "Empowerment" transformation, where one changes into something that enriches one's life... and my own submissive desires to be under and a kind and loving master, as well as having the capability to serve my master/mistress well.
That's all I can think of at the moment... Hope yall like it!

I busted my butt on it, because I really wanted to pay Dsar back for what she got me. I was worried about the background, because I have no real fun making em, and thus, get little practice with em... they aren't my strong suit, but I think I did alright there, too.
All that said... You have a very fine taste for high quality artwork, given your favorites list (and commissions!) So hearing that you like it lets me know I did a really good job. Thanks again...<3

Really love the backstory and feeling behind all this, changes that mean so much to the transformed-preson are so powerful. She looks to be in such a changey trance, in a good way!
Your artstyle, especially your linework and perspective is really improving every time you upload, imo. You know how much I love the idea of rain spatter upon one's changing form/skin <3<3

Rain, and water, as you know, play a strong part in almost ALL of my aspects, I've noticed...
Swan, Orca, Goodra, Lugia, Raichu, Luminari, Dragonair, Vaporeon... All of those are susceptible to emerging when the dappling massage of water is falling in just the right ways on one's swiftly heating skin...<3
And thanks for noticing the improvement with the art! Actually, While the linework is probably due to my own skills improving, the perspective is almost definitely due to the features in Clip Studio Paint... The right tools can do *wonders* for ones "Talent level", I'm beginning to see... ;3

Transformation would be a... harrowing experience, even at the best of times... if for no other reason than your vision would be swimming and shifting chaotically as your eyes and skull structure change... Then there's matters of center of balance to deal with, sudden surges of growth causing your form to convulse and fall to the floor... Even well prepared, even without pain, most folks wouldn't have much fun.
But this is a divine transformation, so I imagine it is about as streamlined as you are gonna get...;3 I'm not even sure if they're even in the moment... More likely, I imagine goddess and vessel laughing and dancing together in a brilliantly shining mindscape, tuckering themselves, then laying down together, before awakening, their past life feeling something like a dream...
By the by, as was with Procene, you have a number of beautiful favorites in your gallery, and I feel honored to have a piece of my artwork next to them. Thank you so much for favoriting my work, and for leaving a thoughtful comment behind! :D

That is a very poetical way to describe such an experience. And certainly that would be a sort of euphoric and cathartic experience. But lest we forget, I think even if the methods are less enjoyable, or even harrowing, there can be just as much said in how a person deals with the effects, and how it would shape their life and personality, too. Very intriguing to think of, for sure.

Ah, Shawshank Redemption... I have never seen it, but I hear it's quite the classic, and I am looking forward to watching it sometime in the future. ;3
A beautiful piece... <3 That means a lot to me. It's nice to make sexy stuff.. but how often can you say you can make something that actually tugs at someone's heartstrings...? When I imagine my own transfomations, They almost always come with this sense of... palpable joy, that only lightly touches on the physical sensations... The changes are indications of... a granted wish... and the beginning of... some grand new adventure...! Exciting stuff, to be sure. ;3
