In short, it's just another odd direction I'm taking with my Miner/"Rock Raiders" cats idea. I can't confirm I'll keep the concept of "attaching a large drill/tool to the character's arm" for future versions of this character, but I just wanted to toy around with the idea for now (before I inevitably scrap it or keep it).
