Due to knowing some of the things Samantha likes to do, I think I got an idea of what she'd say here. I like how she came out.

Two Immortals
Talk
Nicholas and Samantha made it inside the place that sold sweets. It had things from candy to ice cream. “Ooooh I can’t decide,” the female vampire said, her face almost right on top of the glass that held the goodies.
“Well I know what I want,” the male one commented with a grin. She was able to figure it out and the two seats and a table to eat their treats.
“Mmmm…” Samantha said and dug in.
“I guess you have quite a sweet tooth,” Nicholas stated with a chuckle as he took a bit of his food.
“Oh yeah,” she replied.
“Well, I do as well somewhat.”
“So then… you new here?” Samantha asked with a grin. “I’ve never seen you before.”
“Oh no, I’ve lived here but it’s a big place,” the male replied with a shrug.
“Well, you seem adapted to the sun despite being a vampire.”
“I guess you can tell I’m one huh? Well I guess the ears gave it away. Yeah despite the bright sun I can be in it like you it would seem. I didn’t think it was possible to like this place when I came years ago but I quickly did.”
“Well I’ve mostly been here all my life,:” Samantha commented, placing her head on both of her hands as she got a dreamy look due to remembering things. Her smile was cute as well to match. Nicholas smiled at that. “There’s a lot of good memories here for me.”
“I’ve got those as well,” the male said. “If things keep going the way they are, I’m sure I’ll have more.”
“Well summer is coming up soon,” the female vampire commented. “I can’t wait to get down to the beach here. My friends and I always have fun there.”
“Yeah, swimming is one of the things I like to do as well.” That began to open up the floodgates to what they liked and to their surprise a lot of it were things they had in common. The time passed quickly for the vampires that their food got consumed and was long gone. Nicholas then realized what time it was. “Oh crap! Time’s gone by so fast; I really need to get going.”
“Same,” Samantha said, realizing this. “Too bad, this has been fun.”
“Oh I’m sure we’ll see each other again,” the male vampire told her with a smile.
“How can you be so sure?” the female asked with a smile of her own.
“Oh, just call it a gut feeling. And a lot of times those tend to be right.”
“Well then, I look forward to it then.” The two exited the shop and turned to look at the other again.
“Until then Samantha…” Nicholas said.
“Bye,” the female replied cheerfully with a wave. She watched the male vampire walk off, noticing his broad shoulders. Samantha had seen the muscles in his arms and chest as it was hinted by the clothes he wore. But looking showed this guy was strong. The female blushed again before turning around to head to her home. But this was just the beginning of something new.
