you can use this to get a more customized commission experience, but it's mostly intended for my own personal use when giving out quotes, and thus is rather complicated, ugly, and probably hard to understand for anyone but me.

- THE COMMISSIONER(or other intended recipient- someone who owns a character included in the piece) is exempt from the above rule in that they may re-upload the piece with a link back to my original upload in their upload's description, and/or modify it SLIGHTLY (such as tweaking details I may have missed or rearranging stuff on a reference sheet- I don't allow signature removal, total re-colors, or draw-overs).
