Yes to the infinity yes!
I'd say that Slayers is pretty unique too since it's one of the few shows where I think I love like, every main character, male and female, good and evil alike. Sure, some like Filia & Naga aren't there the entire time, but that still goes to show how much we enjoy their presence.
