Ohhh, she looks absolutely lovely, Kitty! I must honestly admit that I hadn't quite expected the main color of her fur to be blue either; I though she would be a mostly white cat. But this looks abslotely perfect on her! Those little spots to show her coated in sugary flecks are just too cute! =^_^=

I think you really got her innocent look down pat, too! although I must say, my very first initial reaction when I saw her face, especially with her expression and those little specks under her eye, was thinking that she looked a little sad somehow (maybe she had just read my latest Mara/Celeste story? =^_^=).

LOL! I said she was going to be blue initially! All the other girls are colorful, it simply wouldn't do to have one with no color at all But, she does have a lot of white to help convey how she got her name...and the speckles emphasize that as well She did look like she was dipped in sugar on some parts of her body Beyond that, she's a very very sweet character and a bit quiet...of course, her parents couldn't have known that about her at birth! But, she is a sweet girl although sometimes insecure, especially about her looks (she doesn't realize that she's beautiful).

Hee hee! That's a very good point you have there, Kitty, yes indeed! What with her 'sisters' being all so colorful, she should have a bit of color as well, after all! =~.^= Aww, I do feel a bit sorry for her that she's so shy and insecure, though... wish I could help her =^_^=

That does bring a funny thought into my head, though... she's a very shy, insecure and kind of silent type... so, she would most likely be keeping herself to the background a lot... and sugar that keeps itself to the background, being there but not overly significantly present, that would be an arteficial sweetener! =~.^= And when you think of arteficial sweeteners, you almost automatically think of Natrena (at least here in the Netherlands you would), and Natrena... comes in a blue package! Hee! It all fits together purrrfectly! =~.^=

*falls over* That was...some train of thought! ^^; Here our most popular artificial sweetener is either Splenda (yellow packet) or Equal (blue packet). But, as for her shyness, she is very close to Mint and she's learning to be more comfortable about herself thanks to her and of course Candy and Tange are all about getting her out in the world and experiencing new things. I'm sure she'll be alright, no worries ...then again, with Tange and Candy...I don't know if that's a pair of good role models or not

Yes, Candy and Tange might just be a tad exuberant and enthusiastic when showing dear Sugar here what kinds of fun can all be had in the world... she seems to me more the type of girl who would need a calm and gentle guidance, with lots of explanation and a slow lead to show her not all is scary and that she is in fact a beautiful girl. But of course, when you have a girl like this, and she is being shepherded along by girls like Candy and Tange, then that's bound to make for a whole lot of very humorous situations! I can see poor Sugar here turning purple with blushing a whole lot! =~.^=

That's why she's closer to Mint who's very levelheaded and patient Mint would never lead her astray and gives her the gentle guidance she needs in her walk in life. ...of course, sometimes Tange and Candy get a hold of her when Mint's back is turned and then...

Hee! Ah yes, that makes perfect sense, and it's good to know dear mint is there to take Sugar under her wing a bit... but of course, nothing is as much fun as messing up someone's education and attempts to raise someone by every now and then taking the pupil out for a wild night on the town, so I can understand Tange and Candy very well too! =~.^=
