Not every job with the Surrogate Corps. involves space, frontier planets and/or massive population growth. Sometimes it is nice to take on a 'trophy pregnancy job': a wealthy couple whom just want an heir and are either too busy or uninterested in doing it the 'old fashioned' way. During assignments like this Sienna is able to relax, usually at a vacation villa or something of the like, at least not when attending parties to be shown off (or more to the point they heir she is bearing is being shown off). All in all it is like a little vacation that she gets paid for!
