Here we go, putting an end to my FA submission virginity. This is the first of four ten-page comic scripts for a story that's been in my head for a while now involving Sucker Punch's great ring-tailed thief Sly Cooper and his cohorts. It takes place about a year after things have appeared to settle down with the ending of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, so if you haven't played through the series and want to avoid spoilers, you might not want to read these yet.
If you do, on the other hand, then this story revolves around Sly adjusting to his new job after the end of the third game as well as a few new complications. Enjoy, and comments are welcome.

Oh. My GOD. This was badass! I MUST read the others, now. *dies laughing* You completely captured the Sly Cooper style. I would swear if I didn't know better you write for Sucker Punch, because the sheer wit behind the gags, the creativity past that (I had thought) very close-ended finish to Sly 3 and the timing are magnificent. I honestly wish I could just sit down and draw all these panels out.
That was the sound of me hitting the floor just then. Thank you very much, I'm really glad you liked it. :>
And yeah, the idea for the general structure of the story came before Sly 3 was announced, so one of the toughest parts was figuring how the heck to accomodate the way Sly 3 ended. The other parts will go over how the gang gets back together, but I'll warn you there are storm clouds on the horizon.
