New girl that's popped into my head - Nix, a lion girl, been running away from things all her life, finally found... well, an arrangement, with someone else, and now can begin to lead a more comfortable, safe life.
Bleached her fur to change her identity, and changed her name to 'Nix', which is latin for snow. Also, since to keep bleaching it would be a pain, she's shaved off most of it, leaving her pink skin bare - in this drawing of just figuring out ideas, imagine the shaded part to be white, and her body to be pink.
