Poor guy. He had a terrible childhood, a career made from a show created by a friend he betrayed, killed one of his costars after getting her readdicted to drugs... there's a laundry list of misfortune for BoJack.
Hopefully he can get a silver lining somewhere, though it would be interesting to see him struggle with increasing weight to add to that list.
