Another Sonic OC i created, Specter was created in answer to Shadow's abilities and powers. She has the ability to phase through objects at will. Walls and defenses are meaningless to her, and she's trained in several martial combat styles and has been trained by GUN since she was a Cub. But realizing what sort of people GUN was she escaped her chains and has been on her own since. Specter doesn't understand why Shadow went back and thinks him weak willed because of it. She makes her living as a mercenary and dodging GUN, and leaving as many bodies in her wake as she can.
