Generally I email them with a picture of what I want, and any modifications I would like made. Mostly colors, and valve locations. Being not a good 3d designer, I do not hask them to make me something 100% original. I go to their site (Google hongyi toys), take a screen shot of what I like, then recolor it, and make notes.
