I doubt it, was watching someone while they got banned. Just the video went offline and about 3 minutes later someone else in the room went. "He just told me his channel was banned, sorry everyone."

Odd thing was there wasn't even anything graphic, he was still just sketching the models and hadn't put any clothes on them yet. O_o; So someone jumped the gun there...

I think the people at UStream don't know anything about artwork. Banning people left and right half way through artwork that isn't even finished. It's like throwing someone out of a house while they were taking a shower for "unnecessary exposure."
