so listen up: She's cute but vicious. Chloe always toys with her enemies before ripping them down with those claws. the weapons themselves are a marvel even Urryu can be made speachless with. they amplify Chloe's inherent Grasping power. and not like normal grasping. she can take hold of anything. even if it has no shape or solid form.
